In response to your letter from the 27th of Sivan regarding the new synagogue in connection with the summer activities. It seems that they are unaware of the letter from my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, to the administrators of the synagogue in Montreal, concerning their refusal to hold Shabbat gatherings there and how they cloaked this matter in the sanctity of the synagogue, etc...

May it be G‑d's will that as we approach the days of Yud-Beis and Yud-Gimmel Tammuz—which were victories beyond natural means—so too will all matters that hinder the management of Kfar Chabad according to the intent of its founder and director, my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, ultimately be overcome and nullified. May this be done with kindness and mercy, with true expansiveness and in a manner of ever-increasing light until "the night will shine like day."

Summary
