מאשרים קבלת מכתבם מכ"ד סיון, בו כותבים אודות יסוד הועדה והתחלת פעולותי' ובפרט בקשר עם התועדות דחג הגאולה י"ב וי"ג תמוז הבע"ל חג הגאולה של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע.
ויהי רצון שיבואו כל ההחלטות בפועל באופן הכי טוב ובזה כמובן הנקודה הפנימית, אשר התועדות תביא להחלטות טובות שאחרי כן תתגשמנה בפועל לכל אותם הענינים בם מדובר במכתב בעל השמחה בהנוגע להתועדות דחג הגאולה זה, ובפרט בהנוגע לכפר חב"ד שהוא מיסדו וגם מנהלו ושם צוה ה' את הברכה להעשות מקום מרכזי להפצת המעינות באה"ק ת"ו ע"י משיח צדקנו ארץ אשר עיני ה' אלקיך בה מראשית השנה עד אחרית שנה ואין הדבר תלוי אלא באנשי כפר חב"ד שהיכולת המלאה בידם, ויהי רצון שבעגלא דידן ינצלוה במילואה.

We acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 24th of Sivan, in which you write about the founding of the committee and the beginning of its activities, particularly regarding the farbrengen for the Festival of Redemption on Yud-Beis and Yud-Gimmel Tammuz, may it come upon us for good—the Festival of Redemption of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, zatzal.
May it be G‑d's will that all decisions will be carried out in the best possible manner. The essential point is that the farbrengen should lead to good resolutions that are subsequently fulfilled in practice concerning all matters discussed in your letter by the one celebrating this event regarding this Festival of Redemption gathering—especially concerning Kfar Chabad, which he founded and also directs. "And there Hashem commanded the blessing"—to become a central place for spreading the wellsprings in Eretz HaKodesh through Mashiach Tzidkeinu—"a land which Hashem your G‑d seeks; always the eyes of Hashem your G‑d are upon it from the beginning of the year to year's end." Ultimately, everything depends only on the people of Kfar Chabad who have full capability in their hands; may it be G‑d's will that they utilize it completely speedily in our days.
