In accordance with our conversation, we inform Anash in Eretz HaKodesh through Moshiach Tzidkeinu that when their difficulties regarding the establishment of the second Kfar Chabad in Eretz HaKodesh are resolved, they will connect with you, and I hope you will assist them.
Although our Sages said "the poor of your city come first," nevertheless I strongly hope that during your stay abroad and especially in New York you will fully use your influence to strengthen religion in the spirit of Yisrael Saba and spread it also abroad wherever your reach extends, according to the points we discussed during our conversation.
