In accordance with our conversation, we are informing Anash in Eretz HaKodesh through Moshiach Tzidkeinu that once their difficulties regarding the foundation of a second Kfar Chabad in Eretz HaKodesh are resolved, they will connect with you, and I hope you will assist them.
Although our Sages said that the poor of your own city come first, nevertheless my strong hope is that during your stay abroad—and especially in America and New York—you will fully utilize your influence to strengthen religion in the spirit of Yisrael Saba and spread it even abroad wherever your reach extends, according to the points we discussed during our conversation.
