Shalom u'Vrachah!

After the longest break, your letter was received, in which you write about the situation in the graduating classes of the school where you have merited to work in holiness, and that in your opinion it is difficult to influence them to continue in Chabad schools.

It is understood and obvious that anyone who has the ability to do something about this must try, with the necessary energy, again and again. Our Sages have warned regarding such matters: 'Hocheach tochiach' (You shall surely rebuke) even a hundred times—meaning that if even ninety-nine times did not help G‑d forbid, there is still hope that the hundredth time will tip the matter for good; and the lesson is clear.

However, since this issue is common to all network schools, you should consult with the principals of other schools. It would be best to ask the network administration to arrange a joint meeting of all principals; after this, approach the administration of Chabad yeshivos and Chabad institutions that could serve as a continuation for those mentioned above.

At an auspicious time I will mention you at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe—may his merit protect us—and may your involvement and efforts in this holy institution named after him stand by you and your entire family for all their needs.
