לאחרי הפסק הכי ארוך נתקבל מכתבו, בו כותב ע"ד המצב בכתות המסיימים ביה"ס בו זכה לעבוד בקדש, ושלדעתו קשה לפעול שימשיכו בבתי ספר חב"ד.
והנה מובן וגם פשוט שעל כאו"א שיש בידו לעשות מה בזה צריך להשתדל ובמרץ הדרוש פעם אחר פעם, והרי הזהירו חז"ל בכגון זה הוכח תוכיח אפילו מאה פעמים, ז.א.
שאם אפילו בהתשעים ותשעה פעמים לא הועילה התוכחה ח"ו, בכל זה יש תקוה שהפעם המאה יכריע הענין לטוב, והנמשל מובן. אלא שכיון שבעיא זו צד השוה היא בכל בתי ספר הרשת, צריך להתייעץ עם מנהלי שאר בתי הספר, ומה טוב לבקש מהנהלת הרשת שיערכו אסיפה משותפת מכל המנהלים ולאחרי זה לבוא בדברים עם הנהלת ישיבות חב"ד והמוסדות חב"ד שיוכלו להיות המשך להנ"ל.
בעת רצון אזכירו על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, וזכות התעסקותו והשתדלותו במוסד הק' הנקרא על שם כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר תעמוד לו ולכל ב"ב בכל המצטרך להם.

After the longest interval, your letter was received, in which you write about the situation in the graduating classes of the school where you have merited to work in holiness, and that in your opinion it is difficult to influence them to continue in Chabad schools.
It is understood and obvious that anyone who is able to do something in this matter must strive and with the necessary energy again and again. Our Sages have warned regarding such matters: "You shall surely rebuke," even a hundred times. That is, even if ninety-nine times the rebuke did not help, G-d forbid, there is still hope that the hundredth time will tip the matter for good—and the lesson is clear.
However, since this issue is common to all network schools, you should consult with the principals of other schools. It would be best to request from the network administration that they organize a joint meeting of all principals; afterwards you can speak with the administration of Chabad yeshivos and institutions that could serve as a continuation for those mentioned above.
At an auspicious time I will mention you at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe—may his merit protect us—and may your involvement and efforts in this holy institution named after my revered father-in-law stand by you and your entire family for all their needs.
