קומענדיג איצטער פון חג השבועות, זמן מתן תורתנו, וואס אידן האבן מקבל געווען בקדושה באימה וביראה, געבענדיק פריער די פאסענדע ערבות: בנינו ערבים בעדנו.
און געדענקענדיג שטענדיג אז קבלת התורה - דארף זיין און איז - א טאג טעגלעכע זאך, און ווי דער נוסח הברכה - נותן התורה, לשון הווה.
וועט דאס זיכער ארויסרופען א ווארימקייט און לעבעדיקייט אין דער הייליגער ארבעט פון בויען, באפעסטיגען און אויסברייטערען דעם ארט וואו דאס אלעס קען קומען צום אויסדרוק אין דעם בעסטען אופן - א בית הכנסת ובית המדרש מיט א מוסד חינוך פאר אידישע קינדער - די קינדער וואס עריבים בעדנו.
און דאס וועט זיכער אויך צוגעבען אין די ברכות פון השם יתברך, ווי צוגעזאגט אמאל און שטענדיג, אויך אין די ענינים הפרטים.
השם יתברך זאל באגליקען די אלע וועלכע נעמען איינטייל אין דער הייליקער ארבעט, מיט הצלחה רבה אין דאס אלעס אויבענדערמאנטע.

To all supporters and all participants in the 83rd annual banquet of Beis HaKnesses U'Beis HaMedrash Anshei Lubavitch in Chicago on the night of the 21st of Sivan, 5718.
Shalom u'Vrachah!
With satisfaction I received the news about the event of the above-mentioned banquet, for the purpose of strengthening and expanding Beis HaKnesses U'Beis HaMedrash Anshei Lubavitch Chicago in every aspect.
Now coming from Shavuos, the time of the giving of our Torah, when Jews accepted it with holiness, awe, and reverence—having previously given the appropriate guarantee: "Our children are our guarantors." And always remembering that receiving the Torah must be—and is—a daily matter, as expressed in the wording of the blessing "Who gives (present tense) the Torah."
This will surely arouse warmth and vitality in the holy work of building, strengthening, and expanding this place where all this can be best expressed—a shul and study hall with an educational institution for Jewish children—the children who are our guarantors.
This will certainly also add to Hashem's blessings—as promised once and always—even in personal matters. May Hashem bless all those who take part in this holy work with great success in all that was mentioned above.
