Shalom u'Vrachah!

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from Rosh Chodesh Sivan, in which you write about matters concerning the Achas Tmimim yeshiva under your leadership, and that there are still difficulties. Such situations have already been experienced both in your location and in all institutions of Tomchei Temimim and Achas Tmimim; each time and place Hashem brings success and delivers from all issues, and moreover, it leads to increase. We follow the established pattern that surely in your case as well it will be so. Even though it is difficult from here to instruct regarding specific details of conduct in this matter, it is a tried approach—especially since my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, leader of Israel, certainly arouses abundant mercy. The story is well known regarding Rabbi Aharon of Belinitz when he was sent by the Tzemach Tzedek: "Place yourself upon it."

Since we are now in the days of preparation for the time of receiving our Torah—about which it is said "engraved (charut) on the tablets," do not read charut (engraved) but cheirut (freedom)—freedom from all matters that disturb or prevent us—may you bring good news of visible and revealed good also in this matter.
