I acknowledge receipt of your letter from Rosh Chodesh Sivan, in which you write about matters concerning the Achas Tmimim yeshiva under your leadership, and that there are still difficulties. Such challenges have already been experienced both in your location and in all institutions of Tomchei Tmimim and Achas Tmimim. Each time and place, Hashem brings success and deliverance from all issues; moreover, it leads to increase. We follow the established pattern that certainly this will also be the case for you. Even though it is difficult from here to instruct regarding the specific conduct in this matter, experience shows that especially when my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe—leader of Israel—certainly arouses abundant mercy. The well-known story regarding Rabbi Aharon of Belinitch when he was sent by the Rebbe tzt"z: "Shtel ein oif zich" (stand firm on your own).

Since we are now in the days of preparation for the time of the giving of our Torah—about which it is said "charut al haluchot" (engraved on the tablets), do not read 'charut' but 'cheirut' (freedom)—freedom from all matters that confuse or hinder—may you bring good news in visible and revealed good also regarding this.
