In response to your letter from the eve of the bright day of Lag BaOmer. I was pleased to read about your meeting with several people who have influence over many among the Jewish people. From this it is understood that any positive impression you make on them—especially since it is known that ultimately such an impression will manifest in some practical way—will be multiplied many times over, as it affects all those influenced by these individuals.

From this it is clear that every effort, even strenuous ones, is worthwhile, since this is not only for an individual (about whom it is said: "Whoever sustains one soul from Israel, it is as if he sustained an entire world") but for the many. Especially regarding what you wrote in your last letter: this concerns the field of education—that is, young people who will soon build their own homes, which should be Jewish homes founded on Torah and mitzvah principles.

And since Hashem's measure is measure for measure but multiplied manifold times, may it be His will that you enjoy the fruits of your efforts in this world and that Hashem grant you abundant true nachas from all your offspring for long and good years.
