With pleasure I received your notice regarding your sacred activity, the building of a mikveh in your neighborhood, and that you have set for the 14th of Iyar, Pesach Sheini, a festive gathering dedicated to this purpose.

May it be the will of Hashem that your efforts succeed, to begin the construction in actuality and to complete it in a truly perfect manner, so that the mikveh will be beautiful and "fulfill all opinions of the halachic authorities, even the most stringent," as is known from the instruction of the Tashbatz (section 17).

May purity increase in Israel—family purity and individual purity, purity of the body and purity of the soul, purity of actions and purity of thoughts. In your days and in ours may the promise be fulfilled: purity brings, etc., Elijah the Prophet (end of Sotah) heralds our true redemption through Moshiach Tzidkeinu. As it is written (Yechezkel 36:24-28): "And I will take you... and I will sprinkle upon you pure water and you shall be purified... and you shall dwell in the land... and you shall be My people and I will be your God."

The verse states: "I am a friend to all who fear You" (Tehillim 119:63), and the Shelah (66a) explains: wherever a person sees a holy group, he should join them, such as a group... who purchase a mitzvah, etc.
