With pleasure I received your notice regarding your holy work—the building of a mikveh taharah in your neighborhood—and that you have set for the 14th of Iyar, Pesach Sheini, a festive gathering dedicated to this purpose.

May it be G‑d's will that your efforts succeed: that you begin construction in actuality and complete it fully, so that the mikveh will be built with hiddur—"to fulfill all opinions of the poskim and even those individuals who are stringent according to their views," as is well known from the instruction of the Tashbatz (siman 17).

May purity increase among Israel: family purity and individual purity, purity of body and soul, purity of actions and thoughts. In their days and ours may the prophecy be fulfilled: Purity brings... Eliyahu HaNavi (end of Sotah) heralds our true redemption through Moshiach Tzidkeinu.

As it is written (Yechezkel [36:24-28]): "VeLakachti Etchem... VeZarakti Aleichem Mayim Tehorim U'Thartem... VeYashavtem BaAretz... VeHeyitem Li LeAm VaAnochi Eheyeh Lachem LeElokim" ("And I will take you... And I will sprinkle pure water upon you and you shall be purified... And you shall dwell in the land... And you shall be My people and I will be your G‑d").

The verse states: "Chaver Ani Lechol Asher Yera'ucha" (I am a friend to all who fear You) ^[1], and the Shlah explains (66a) that wherever a person sees a holy group he should join them—such as a group... who purchase some mitzvah etc.
