To all the participants in the annual lottery for the trip held each year in Kfar Chabad, established and managed by the Rebbe, my father-in-law, in the Holy Land—may they all be blessed with life—greetings and blessings!

I hereby acknowledge receipt of the list of participants in the aforementioned lottery. May it be the will of Heaven that the preparation for the trip, the trip itself, the days spent here, the return afterwards, and the impression left on all the participants in the lottery, as well as the results of all the above, be crowned with outstanding success, in accordance with the hopes of our Rebbeim, our leaders of blessed memory.

As our Sages have taught, and as explained at length in Chassidic teachings, the main thing is action. From every matter, there must be a practical outcome. May this be realized in actual thought, speech, and deed by all those mentioned above, as well as by all those in their surroundings and within their sphere of influence in the world.

May the promise soon be fulfilled, as stated by our master the Alter Rebbe in Tanya, chapter 37: When every individual soul fulfills its purpose, then the collective vital soul of all Israel will become a holy chariot for God. Then, the vitality of the entire world will be elevated to holiness, and all flesh will see together, and they will see eye to eye that there is nothing besides Him.

ועל פי הודעת המשנה אשר המעשה הוא העיקר, וכמבואר בארוכה בדא"ח, שמכל ענין צריך להיות בכן , יבוא זה בפועל ממש במחשבה דבור ומעשה של כל הנ"ל, וכל הנמצאים בסביבתם ובחלקם בעולם.

ובמהרה יקוים היעוד - כלשון רבנו הזקן בתניא פרק לז: כאשר כו' תקיים כל נפש פרטית כו' כללות נפש החיונית שבכללות ישראל תהי' מרכבה קדושה לה' אזי גם כללות החיות של עוה"ז כו' תעלה לקדושה כו' וראו כל בשר יחדיו כו' יראו עין בעין כו' אין עוד מלבדו.
