ויהי רצון אשר תהי' ההכנה לנסיעה, הנסיעה עצמה, הימים כאן ואחרי כן השוב, והרושם בכל המשתתפים בההגרלה ותוצאות כל האמור בהצלחה מופלגה מתאים לתקות רבותינו נשיאינו זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע.
ועל פי הודעת המשנה אשר המעשה הוא העיקר, וכמבואר בארוכה בדא"ח, שמכל ענין צריך להיות בכן, יבוא זה בפועל ממש במחשבה דבור ומעשה של כל הנ"ל, וכל הנמצאים בסביבתם ובחלקם בעולם.
ובמהרה יקוים היעוד - כלשון רבנו הזקן בתניא פרק לז: כאשר כו' תקיים כל נפש פרטית כו' כללות נפש החיונית שבכללות ישראל תהי' מרכבה קדושה לה' אזי גם כללות החיות של עוה"ז כו' תעלה לקדושה כו' וראו כל בשר יחדיו כו' יראו עין בעין כו' אין עוד מלבדו.

To all participants in the annual raffle for the trip here, held each year in Kfar Chabad, founded and directed by my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, in the Holy Land—may they be well—Shalom u'Vrachah!
I hereby acknowledge receipt of the list of participants in the aforementioned raffle. May it be G‑d's will that the preparation for the journey, the journey itself, the days spent here and afterward upon return, and the impression upon all participants in the raffle—and all outcomes of these matters—be with outstanding success according to the hopes of our Rebbeim, our leaders of blessed memory.
As is stated in Mishnah that action is paramount—and as explained at length in Chassidus—that from every matter there must be practical application: may this come to fruition in thought, speech, and action for all those mentioned above and all those around them and within their sphere in the world.
Soon will be fulfilled the prophecy—as stated by our master the Alter Rebbe in Tanya chapter 37: "When... every individual soul... then the general animal soul within all Israel will become a holy chariot to Hashem; then also all vitality of this world... will ascend to holiness... and all flesh will see together... they will see eye to eye... there is nothing besides Him."
