זיינער צייט האב איך באקומען אייער בריף פון 3/23 מיט דאס בייגעלייגטע, און לויט מיין אויפטראג האט זיך מיין פריינד ד"ר זעליגסאן שי' פארבונדען מיט איינעם פון די גרעסטע דאקטוירים ספעציאליסטען אין דעם, און בייגעלייגט דא איז דער בריף פון ד"ר זעליגסאן, אין וועלכען ער גיט איבער די מיינונג פון דעם ד"ר ספעציאליסט, און השם יתברך זאל העלפען אס זאל זיין בהצלחה און זאלט קענען אזאגען גוט בשורות אין דעם און גאר אין גיכען.
אזוי אבער ווי מיר זאגען אין די ברכות השחר, איז השם יתברך דער אמת'ר רופא כל בשר ומפליא לעשות, און די דאקטוירים זיינען ניט מער ווי זיינע שלוחים, איז דעריבער דורכאויס נויטיג צו אויפפירען זיך אין דעם טאג טעגליכען לעבן, לויט די אנוויזונגען פון דעם רופא כל בשר ומפליא לעשות, און בפרט ווען עס האנדעלט זיך וועגן קינדער, איז אלעס ערשטע און הויפט זאך, דארף אפגעהיט ווערען די געזעצען און דינים פון תורתנו הק' אין באצוג צו טהרת המשפחה, (נדה, הפסק טהרה, מקוה און ענליכעס) און אויף וויפיל גוט עס זאל ניט זיין דער צושטאנד אין דעם, איז דאך שטענדיג פראן נאך פלאץ אויף צו-צוגעבן אין דעם, און השי"ת איז באגלויבט צו צוגעבן אין זיינע ברכות אין דעם וואס מ'נויטיגט זיך.
עס וואלט געווען א גלייכע זאך, מ'זאל בודק זיין (אפטשעקין) אייערע תפילין און אויך די מזוזות אין אייער דירה, אז זיי זאלן זיין אלע כשר'ע ווי דער דין איז. און אויך אז אייער פרוי תחי' זאל אנהאלטן דעם גוטען מנהג פון בנות ישראל הכשרות, צו געבן אויף צדקה יעדער מאל פאר ליכט צינדען ערב שבת און ערב יום טוב.

In due time I received your letter from 3/23 with the enclosure, and as per my instruction my friend Dr. Zeligson has contacted one of the greatest specialist doctors in this field. Enclosed here is Dr. Zeligson's letter in which he conveys the opinion of the specialist doctor. May Hashem Yisbarach help that there should be success and you should be able to share good news about this very soon.
However, as we say in the morning blessings, Hashem Yisbarach is truly the Healer of all flesh and does wonders, and the doctors are nothing more than His agents. Therefore it is always necessary to conduct oneself in daily life according to the instructions of the Healer of all flesh and Who does wonders. Especially when it concerns children, the first and foremost thing is to carefully observe the laws and rules of our holy Torah regarding family purity (niddah, hefsek taharah, mikvah and similar matters). No matter how good one's situation may be in this regard, there is always room to add further improvement. Hashem is trusted to add His blessings in whatever is needed.
It would also be appropriate to have your tefillin checked (inspected) as well as the mezuzos in your home to ensure they are all kosher according to halachah. Also, your wife should continue the good custom of Jewish women to give charity before lighting candles on Erev Shabbos and Erev Yom Tov.
