אין ענטפער אויף אייער בריף פון אור ליום א', און דערנאך די טעלעפאנישע ידיעה דורך הרב חדקוב שי', אז אין קורצסטן שליסט זיך דער געשעפט און עס בלייבט נאר דער פארשלאג פון דעם שוחט עופות.
איך נעם אן, אז אין דעם ענין וואס איר שרייבט, איז ניט פראן אין דעם קיין ענין פון השגת גבול, און אויב דאס איז אזוי, זאל דאס זיין בשעה טובה ומוצלחת, און עס וואלט געווען א גלייכע זאך, אז איר זאלט אריינגעבען אין א קופה של צדקה אויף דעם חשבון פון די פארדינסטן די קומענדע א געוויסען סכום, און דאס זאל פון אנהויב אן אוועקשטעלען די נייע אונטערנעמונג ע"פ השי"ת עשר תעשר, וכמ"ש ובחנוני נא בזאת וגו'.
בעת רצון יזכירו את כל אלה שכותב אודותם על הציון של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע כאו"א להנחוץ לו, והשי"ת יעזור שגם בזה יבשר טוב.
געוויס אויך במחנם הט', מאכט מען הכנות צו דעם יום הבהיר י"ט כסלו יום הגאולה של רבנו הזקן תורת החסידות עניני' והדרכותי', און דער זכות פון דעם בעל השמחה רבנו הזקן יעמוד לכאו"א בתכ"י בהמצטרך לו בגשמיות וברוחניות.

In response to your letter from the eve of Sunday, and afterwards the telephone message through Rabbi Chadakov sheyichyeh, that soon the business will close and only the proposal from the poultry shochet remains. I assume that in this matter you wrote about, there is no issue of encroaching on another’s territory, and if so, may it be at an auspicious and successful time. It would also be appropriate for you to contribute to a charity fund from the profits of this new venture—a certain amount—and thus establish from the outset that this new undertaking is based on "Aser Te'aser" (You shall surely tithe), as it is written: "U'Bechanuni Na Bazos..." (And test Me now with this...).
At an auspicious time, all those you write about will be mentioned at the resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal, each one for what they need, and may Hashem help that also in this matter you will have good news.
Surely also in your community, preparations are being made for the bright day of Yud-Tes Kislev—the day of liberation of our master the Alter Rebbe—his Torah of Chassidus, its matters and guidance. The merit of the Baal HaSimcha, our master the Alter Rebbe, will stand for each one in whatever is needed materially and spiritually.
