במענה להודעתו אשר שכרו דירה בסמוך להמוסד בו מכהן בקדש, לחנך בני ישראל על טהרת הקדש, על ידי לימוד תורה חדורה יראת שמים והדרכה בקיום מצותי'.
יהי רצון שיקוים בבית זה מאמר רז"ל דירה נאה מרחבת דעתו של אדם, דעת טהור בלשון הרמב"ם, דעת עליון בלשון תורת החסידות, שעל ידי זה מתקיים פתגם חז"ל דעת קנית מה חסרת.
שאז יהיו גם כלי הדירה וכל עניני הדירה והדרים בתוכה, ראוים לדירת אדם העליון כביכול (עיין תקו"ז ת"ו כב, ב).
שזהו תפקידו של כל אחד ואחת מבני ישראל לעשות לו ית' דירה בתחתונים, וכמו שכתוב ועשו לי מקדש ושכנתי בתוכם, - בתוך כל אחד ואחת מישראל.
ומגלגלין זכות ליומין זכאין, ימי בנינם בית בישראל, ימי חתונתם בשעה טובה ומוצלחת.
אשר יוצר האדם יתקין בנינם בנין עדי עד, מיוסד על התורה והמצוה חדורים אור וחיות חסידותי.

In response to your notification that you have rented an apartment near the institution where you serve in holiness, to educate the children of Israel in purity and holiness through Torah study imbued with awe of Heaven and guidance in fulfilling its mitzvot.
May it be G‑d's will that in this home will be fulfilled the saying of our Sages: "A beautiful dwelling broadens a person's mind," pure knowledge as Maimonides puts it, supernal knowledge as Chassidus describes it. Through this is fulfilled the saying: "If you have acquired knowledge, what are you lacking?" Then even the furnishings of the home, all matters of the home, and those who dwell within it will be worthy of being a dwelling for the Supreme Man, so to speak (see Tikunei Zohar 22b).
This is the mission of every Jew—to make for Him, blessed be He, a dwelling place in the lower realms, as it is written: "They shall make Me a sanctuary and I will dwell among them"—within each and every Jew.
Merit is brought about through meritorious days—the days of building a Jewish home in Israel, their wedding days at an auspicious and successful time. May He Who forms man establish their building as an everlasting edifice founded on Torah and mitzvah permeated with chassidic light and vitality.
