... יישר כחו וגדול זכותו על שעלה בידו לעשות הנ"ל[1] וזיכה את הרבים וזכות הרבים תלוי בו. ובודאי במשך הזמן בדברי נועם ובאופן של כבוד - יוסיפו על הנ"ל עד שיהי' למעלה מקומת איש[2] ובזה הוא מהשיעורים שהן לפי מה שהוא אדם (כלים פי"ז מי"א), דזיל בתר טעמא דמילתא

Yasher koach to you; your merit is great for having succeeded in accomplishing the above and bringing merit to the many, as the merit of the community depends on you. Certainly, over time, through pleasant words and in a respectful manner, you will add to what has already been achieved until it surpasses the stature of a man. In this way, it is among those lessons that are according to what a person is (Keilim ch. 17 halacha 11), for one should follow the reasoning of the matter.
