I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 18th of Kislev. Regarding the curriculum and related matters, it has been forwarded to Melamed Chelek (the educational committee), who will correspond with you in writing about this in accordance with local practice.

Concerning what you wrote about a constitution for the yeshiva: it is understood that generally one should not bind oneself equally in all matters. On the other hand, there are constitutions whose binding nature is broad. A copy of the regulations established here will be sent to you; if necessary, you may use it, but if possible, shorten it even further. It is clear that utmost care must be taken in choosing directors and in the method of electing new directors from time to time. It is also understood that it is essential to establish that certain matters—especially those concerning spiritual aspects—are not to be changed at all within the constitution itself.

Certainly, you utilized the days of Yud and Yud-Tes Kislev and Chanukah for spreading the wellsprings of Chassidus in general and for developing the institutions in particular. Please inform me with good and detailed news about this. May Hashem grant you success in all of the above with proper health, true joy, and outstanding success.
