The Rebbe writes that one should always study Torah regardless of age, and with diligence will surely see benefit. He advises giving charity before morning prayers and reciting Tehillim daily, promising success in both spiritual and material matters, including the recipient's journey to Marrakesh.

Shalom u'Vrachah!

In response to your letter, in which you write that you do not yet know how to learn and ask whether at your age you can be productive in Torah study: It is well known from several sayings of our Sages that a person should always study Torah regardless of his age. If you learn diligently and persistently in yeshivah, it is certain that you will see benefit in your studies.

It is proper that every weekday before morning prayers you give some charity, and after prayers each day—even on Shabbat and Yom Tov—recite chapters of Tehillim. Through all this, your success will increase also in the above matters, and your trip to Marrakesh will be successful for a good arrangement for you both materially and spiritually.

Summary

The Rebbe teaches that Torah study is valuable at any age when pursued with diligence. Adding daily charity before prayer and reciting Tehillim after prayer brings increased success both spiritually and materially.
