...מחד גיסא נהניתי מתיאורו הפעולות שנעשו בשבועות שעברו, אבל מאידך גיסא נצטערתי לכתבו שכמה זמן לא שיתף פעולה מפני החילוקי דעות ולא רצה להתערב וכו' וכו' - כי מה יועילו כל הטעמים וההסברות (אפילו אם הם צודקים במילואם) להאיר החושך שבחוצה ואשר בעוה"ר חדר גם לפנים. וגם הפנים ואפי' הפנים דביהכנ"ס ובביהמ"ד צריך לריפוי (עיין המשך וככה פס"ג ואילך) לתיקון ולשיפור. והיום לעשותם ולא לדבורים ושקו"ט ודו"ד ומו"מ שאינם אלא מצדיקים העדר הפעולה ומגדילים תרדמת הפרט ובמילא גם תרדמת הגלות.
ויה"ר אשר ימי הגאולה והנסים הללו יעוררו את כאו"א, וכפתגם כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר - זאל מען דערהערען וואס די ליכטעלעך דערציילען, ויבוא במעשה בפועל להאיר על פתח ביתו (עד שיאיר גם) מבחוץ, ובאופן דמוסיף והולך.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
On one hand, I was pleased by your description of the activities carried out in recent weeks. But on the other hand, I was saddened to read that for some time you did not participate due to disagreements and did not want to get involved, etc., etc.—for what benefit are all the reasons and explanations (even if they are entirely correct) when it comes to illuminating the darkness outside, which unfortunately has also penetrated within? Even the inner spaces—even within the synagogue and study hall—require healing (see Hemshech VeKacha Pasach Gimmel onward) for repair and improvement. Today is for action—not for words, debates, arguments, or negotiations that only justify inaction and deepen individual slumber and consequently the slumber of exile as well.
May it be G‑d’s will that these days of redemption and miracles awaken each person. As my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, would say: one must truly listen to what the little lights tell us—and bring this into concrete action to illuminate at his own doorstep (until he also illuminates) outwardly as well, in a manner that continually increases.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that disagreements must not hinder our efforts to dispel spiritual darkness. Immediate action is needed to bring light both within ourselves and outwardly—especially during times marked by redemption and miracles.
