תקותי חזקה שלמרות כל הספקות שבטח ישנם אצלם בענין, ינצלו ימי הסגולה דחדש כסלו בכלל וביחוד יום הבהיר י"ט כסלו גאולתנו ופשות נפשנו לחזק כל עניני הפצת המעינות חוצה, וכוונתי אליו ביחוד כמו לכל או"א מאנ"ש ביחוד בתוך כללות אנ"ש, ויה"ר אשר בקרוב ממש יקוים יעודו של בורא עולם ומנהיגו, וכלשון הרמב"ם שיהיו ישראל יושבין לבטח, ינוחו ממלכיות וימצאו להם מרגוע וירבו בחכמה כו', כי מלאה הארץ דיעה את הוי' וגו', והסירותי את לב האבן מבשרכם וכו', וכמו שהאריך בספרו יד החזקה, וע"פ הידוע אשר כל הפרטים שבתורה תורה הם גם בזה הוראה מה שביאר הרמב"ם דברים אלו בהלכות תשובה ובהלכות מלכים בסיום וחתימת הספר משנה תורה, וק"ל.
בברכת חג הגאולה ולבשו"ט ומפורטות מהנעשה את כאו"א מאנ"ש שליט"א וביחוד תושבי הכפר חב"ד אשר שם צוה ה' את הברכה חיים עד העולם.

I hereby acknowledge receipt of your pidyon nefesh in its time, as well as your letter from the 3rd of Kislev, which brings good news about the wellbeing of all our Anash.
My strong hope is that despite all the doubts that surely exist among you regarding this matter, you will utilize the auspicious days of the month of Kislev in general—and especially the bright day of Yud Tes Kislev, our redemption and the liberation of our soul—to strengthen all matters related to spreading the wellsprings outward. My intention is directed particularly to you, as it is to every single member of Anash individually within the broader community.
May it be G‑d's will that very soon the promise of the Creator and Ruler of the world will be fulfilled—as expressed by Rambam—that Israel will dwell securely, rest from other nations, find tranquility, increase in wisdom, "for the earth will be filled with knowledge of Hashem," and "I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh," as he elaborates in his work Yad HaChazakah. As is known, every detail in Torah is a teaching; thus there is a lesson even in Rambam placing these words at the conclusion and seal of his Mishneh Torah—in Hilchos Teshuvah and Hilchos Melachim. This is sufficient for understanding.
With blessings for Chag HaGeulah and for good and detailed news regarding what is being done by each member of Anash—especially those living in Kfar Chabad where "Hashem commands blessing: life forever."
