במענה על מכתבו מח' כסלו והקודם לו, בבשורה טובה מהנעשה את אנ"ש שליט"א, ויה"ר אשר תכה"י יבשר טוב הן בגשמיות והן ברוחניות, הן מהנעשה אתו ואת ב"ב והן מהנעשה את כל אנ"ש בתוככי כלל ישראל שליט"א.
ובודאי ינצלו ימי הסגולה דחדש כסלו וביחוד את יום הבהיר י"ט כסלו הבע"ל יום גאולתנו ופדות נפשנו, וכמ"ש פדה בשלום נפשי כי ברבים היו עמדי שבזה נרמז גם הקירוב של רבים ואפילו אלו הנמצאים לעת עתה ברשות הרבים בחוצה, והרוצה לטהר מסייעין אותו ומבואר בלקו"ת (דברים פח, ב) לטהר פירושו לטהר אחרים, וק"ל.
המחכה לבשו"ט ומפורטות בכל הנ"ל ובברכת חג הגאולה.

In response to your letter from the 8th of Kislev and the one before it, with good news about what is happening with Anash sheyichyu, may it be G‑d's will that you continue to share good tidings both materially and spiritually—regarding yourself and your family as well as all of Anash within the Jewish people sheyichyu.
Certainly you will make use of the auspicious days of the month of Kislev, especially the upcoming bright day of Yud Tes Kislev—our day of redemption and the liberation of our soul—as it is written: "Padah v'Shalom Nafshi ki b'Rabim hayu imadi" (He redeemed my soul in peace because many were with me), which hints at drawing close many people, even those who are currently outside in the public domain. One who wishes to become pure is assisted from Above; as explained in Likkutei Torah (Devarim 88b), 'to purify' means also to purify others. This should be understood.
I await good and detailed news about all the above, and I send blessings for the Festival of Redemption.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that special times like Yud Tes Kislev should be used not only for personal growth but also for uplifting others in both physical and spiritual matters. Helping others achieve purity is itself a form of self-purification.
