I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 8th of Tammuz, and thank you for the good news about the school's increase in numbers. Surely it will also grow in quality, and with both these increases one should not be satisfied but rather strive as much as possible that they should be even greater—both in quantity and in quality. May it be G‑d's will that the desire of the L‑rd in your hands will succeed.

Regarding what you wrote about the level of the teachers (male and female), it is understandable how distressing and painful this is. For years I have been raising this issue at every opportunity, and it would be appropriate that at the next meeting of the network's administration they discuss this matter and come to concrete decisions—especially how to utilize the vacation days for the advancement and improvement of the teachers. May it be G‑d's will that you also succeed in this area and bring good news, especially since we have just emerged from the days of 12th and 13th Tammuz—the redemption of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal—victory of Torah and mitzvah with self-sacrifice beyond nature.
