ע"י הרה"ג והרה"ח אי"א נו"נ בעל מרץ ורב פעלים מוהר"א שי' העכט נמסר לי על דבר מצב בריאותו בבקשת ברכה. ובהיותי על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע נשיא ישראל ביום ההילולא שלו, אשר אז הנשמה עולה מעולם עליון לעולם עליון עוד יותר, ועליית רועה ישראל נאמן אשר לא יעזוב את צאן מרעיתו, פועלת תוספת ברכה והצלחה בירידה מלמעלה למטה ובפרט בהבקשות שמבקשים ביום הילולא עצמו, וכמבואר בכ"מ שהוא כמשל דוגמת שבעת השמחה קשה לבעל השמחה לראות בצערו של אחר ופועל להמתיק הצער להפוך מצרה לצהר ומנגע - ר"ל - לענג, ולכן שמחתי להוודע אחרי כן מהרה"ג העכט שי' אשר הוטב מצב בריאות כת"ר.
ויה"ר אשר בלשון הפרשה שקראו בשבת העבר, יעלה ארוכה, וכמבואר בזה הר"ת כי אני ה' רופאך: ארי"ך כי כל אסוותא מלעילא (עיין זהר חלק ג' רצב, ב. מאו"א מע' אריך. קהלת יעקב מע' ארוכה. וראה ג"כ זח"ג רד, א. דש, סע"ב. ז"ח בלק נד, ג).

Through Haraha"g vavaha"ch iy"a nu"n Baal Mertz v'Rav Pe'alim Mohar"a Hecht it was conveyed to me regarding your health situation with a request for a blessing.
And as I was at the holy resting place (the tziyun) of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzukal lehe nbagm zya, leader of Israel, on his yahrzeit, when the soul ascends from a high world to an even higher world—and the ascent of a faithful shepherd of Israel who does not abandon his flock brings added blessing and success in the descent from above to below, especially regarding requests made on the yahrzeit itself. As is explained in many places, it is like the analogy of a time of joy: it is difficult for one celebrating to see another's pain and he acts to sweeten their suffering and turn distress into radiance and affliction—G‑d forbid—into delight. Therefore I was glad to hear afterwards from Haraha"g Hecht that your honored health situation has improved.
May it be G‑d's will that in the language of last Shabbat's Torah portion: "Ya'aleh Arucha" (may healing arise), as explained in its acronym: "Ani Hashem Rofecha" (I am G‑d your healer)—for all healing comes from above (see Zohar III 272b; Ma'or Einayim entry Arich; Kohelet Yaakov entry Arucha; also see Zohar III 284a; Zohar Chadash Balak 54c).
