הנה כשאהי' על הציון של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, אקרא את הפ"נ למילוי בקשותיו,
אבל בטח מבין מעצמו ולמותר להעיר בזה אשר בכדי לקבל ברכות השי"ת צריכים לעשות כלים המתאימים לזה, שהם הכלים דתורה ומצות, ואם רק באפשרי הרי הכלים צריכים להיות מעין אותם הבקשות אשר זקוקים אליהן, וכן גם בזה הנה כדי שיהי' בנין הבתים ומכירתם בהצלחה, צריך הוא להמשיך הצלחה בביתו הוא, היינו שיהי' ביתו חדור ברוח של יראת שמים כפשוטו ממש שיהי' לו שיעורים קבועים בתורה, ואשר ביתו יתנהג בדרך המצוה וביראת שמים וככל אשר ירבה בהשתדלות המתאימה בהצלחת ביתו, היינו ברוחניות, כן תרבה הצלחתם בהבתים אשר בונה ויגדל הריוח הגשמי במכירתם לאחר זה,
נוסף על זה, הנה מהראוי, אשר יקח על עצמו עתה - כמובן בלי נדר - אשר כשימכור הבתים הנ"ל בריוח, יפריש מזה לצדקה מספר אחוזים (פראצענטער) ובלבד שתהי' הצדקה קשורה בענינים של יראת שמים, והשי"ת יעזרם ויברכם לקבל נחת מבנותיהם, אידישן נחת און פון זיך אליין אויך.

Through Haraha"ch vavac"h iy"a nu"n involved in tzt"z with faith etc. Moreinu HaRav Yehuda Tzvi Pagelman, I received the information that you have begun building houses in Worcester to sell them afterward and are requesting to arouse many that it should be successful, as well as to receive nachas from your daughters who are seeking a match.
When I am at the Ohel of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal, I will read the pidyon nefesh for the fulfillment of your requests. But you surely understand on your own—and it is unnecessary to point out—that in order to receive the blessings of Hashem, one must make appropriate vessels for them. These vessels are Torah and mitzvos. And if possible, the vessels should resemble the requests you need. So too here: in order for the building and sale of these houses to be successful, you must draw success into your own home—that is, your home should be imbued with a spirit of fear of Heaven in its most literal sense; there should be fixed times for Torah study; and your home should be conducted according to mitzvah and fear of Heaven. The more effort you invest in the spiritual success of your own home, the more success you will see in the houses you build and greater material profit when selling them later.
Additionally, it is proper that you now accept upon yourself—of course without a vow—that when you sell these houses at a profit, you will set aside a certain percentage (prozent) for charity, provided that this charity is connected with matters of Yirat Shamayim. May Hashem help and bless you to receive nachas from your daughters—Jewish nachas—and also from yourself.
