מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבו מי"ט אייר, בו מבשר אשר הר"מ שי' הכהן שייעוויטש נעתר לבקשתם וקיבל עליו הנשיאות בביהכ"נ שלהם ומוסג"פ העתק מכתבי אליו, ויה"ר מהשי"ת אשר כל' הכתוב ישמח הוא בהם ו[י]שמחו בו בשמחה של תורה ובשמחה של מצוה ושמחה של תפלה שהם השלשה עמודים שעליהם העולם עומד, תורה עבודה וגמילות חסדים, ואשר יוכל הבית הכנסת שלהם לשמש דוגמא לבית הכנסת חסידי נוסח אר"י בכל הפרטים.
ולקראת חג השבועות הבע"ל הנני בזה לברכו כנוסח כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע לקבלת התורה בשמחה ובפנימיות.
לפלא שלא נענתי לע"ע על מכ' הקודם אליו.

I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 19th of Iyar, in which you inform me that Reb Moshe Sheyewitz has agreed to your request and accepted upon himself the leadership of your synagogue. Enclosed is a copy of my letter to him. May it be the will of Hashem that, as it is written, "He will rejoice in them and they will rejoice in him with the joy of Torah and the joy of mitzvah and the joy of prayer," which are the three pillars upon which the world stands: Torah, service, and acts of kindness. May your synagogue serve as an example for a Chassidic synagogue following Nusach Ari in every detail.
As we approach the upcoming festival of Shavuos, I hereby bless you with the wording used by my father-in-law, the Rebbe—of blessed memory—for receiving the Torah with joy and inwardness.
It is surprising that I have not yet received a response to my previous letter to you.
