It was with pleasure that I received your letter from the 27th of Marcheshvan. Thank you for sending to my library the books with which Hashem has blessed you; I have taken them and will not return them.
In connection with the upcoming festival of festivals, Yud-Tes Kislev, I am enclosing herewith the kuntres for Yud-Tes Kislev along with a copy of the general letter related to it. As our Sages say: 'Zrok chutra l'avira al ikarei ka'i' (Throw a stick into the air—it lands on its root), I am confident that you too are returning to your source. From you and from us, praise will ascend Above through spreading the teachings and wellsprings of Chassidus everywhere—even outside. May Hashem grant us the merit to soon experience the coming of Moshiach Tzidkeinu in the true and complete redemption.
