המצווה הפ"א
הוא הציווי שנצטווינו לפדות פטר חמור בשה דווקא - אם לא יפדה אותו בשוויו - ויתן אותו השה לכהן.
והוא אמרו יתעלה: "ופטר חמור תפדה בשה" (שמות לד, כ).
וכבר נתבארנו דיני מצווה זו במסכת בכורות.
וגם היא אין הלויים חייבים בה.
The eighty-first mitzvah is the commandment in which we were commanded to redeem the firstborn of a donkey specifically with a sheep—if he does not redeem it for its value—and to give that sheep to a Kohen.
This is as He, may He be exalted, said: "And the firstborn of a donkey you shall redeem with a sheep" (Shemos 34:20).

Also, the Leviim are not obligated in this.
