שאין לקבלם – כי זהו נוגע לכל המוסדות: קיומם או שיהפך כאו"א מהם לנכס של יחיד שיעשה בו כרצונו –

Shalom u'Vrachah!
It is obvious that they should not be accepted—because this concerns all the institutions: their existence or whether any of them will become the property of an individual who will do with it as he wishes—and only the Holy One, blessed be He, is the sole judge. And a human being who behaves in such a manner ultimately destroys the institution, G‑d forbid.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that communal institutions must remain under collective stewardship and not fall under individual control, as this endangers their very existence and purpose.
