Shalom u'Vrachah!

It is well known, as stated in the verse, that no one judges alone except for One (the Holy One, blessed be He), and especially in an educational institution, there must be a board of leadership in practice.

And when certain individuals act otherwise—the damage they cause to the institutions (and to themselves) makes it even more necessary to fulfill the aforementioned teaching. And it is simple.

It is a mitzvah to publicize this ruling from the Mishnah.

Summary

The Rebbe teaches that collective leadership is essential in educational institutions, warning that acting unilaterally brings harm. He urges publicizing the Mishnah's guidance on this matter.
