Regarding your letter from the 18th of Cheshvan, our master and teacher the Rebbe shlita has instructed me to respond: Concerning the attached form – it has been passed on as appropriate.
As for what you wrote that "we have no one to organize the halachos, etc." – it is clear that this is necessary, and therefore it is obvious that such a person exists; it is just a matter of finding him, etc.
Certainly you will maintain proper contact with those here so that things are not duplicated, etc., and this will be easier.
I will mention it at the gravesite for a blessing and success.
