Your letter—a request for a blessing—was duly received and will be read at the Ohel at an auspicious time. For a yeshiva student, it is certainly unnecessary to emphasize that the way to receive the blessing of Hashem is through daily conduct according to the will of the Creator, blessed be He. For a student, this primarily means diligent Torah study and meticulous observance of mitzvos. Nothing stands in the way of one's will.
You are surely aware of the special days of Yud-Beis–Yud-Gimmel Tammuz, the redemption of the Previous Rebbe. May it be Hashem's will that the inspiration from these days brings an increase in all matters of Torah and mitzvah throughout the year.
