נמסרו לי תוכן דבריו ע"י הטלפון ואחרי כן גם הפרטים שבקשתי ע"י הרה"ח וכו' וכו' מרדכי שי' בלינוב. וגם לאחרי כל זה לא ברור כלל מה הן האפשריות של אנ"ש שי' על אתר, שהרי בודאי כל הענין הוא על אחריותם המלאה והבלעדית של אנ"ש אשר על אתר. וכידוע דברי רבותינו נשיאינו זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע על דבר חובתם וזכותם של אנ"ש בכל מקום בואם, על אחת כו"כ במקום שדרים שם כמה וכמה שנים.

The content of your words was conveyed to me by telephone and afterwards also the details I requested via Haraha"ch etc. etc. Mordechai Blinov. Even after all this, it is still not at all clear what the possibilities are for the local Anash there, since certainly the entire matter is their full and exclusive responsibility.
As is well known from the words of our Rebbeim—may the memory of the righteous and holy be a blessing for life in the World to Come—regarding the obligation and merit of Anash in every place they arrive at, all the more so in a place where they have lived for many years.
On the other hand, our Sages of blessed memory said that one is only asked according to their ability—especially when it concerns the fate of an educational institution in a holy community and the responsibility of many Jews. Certainly such decisions should be made so that they will actually be fulfilled in practice. For the approach of "both for me and for you it shall not be" is contrary to Torah, etc.
As I conveyed through Harav M. Blinov and through Harav S. HaKohen Pashta, my suggestion and strong hope is that Anash activists will gather and discuss this entire matter with seriousness. A copy of my letter to Mr. M.S. has also been sent.
