ומחירות הפרט לחירות הכלל, שינצל תפקידו האחראי לטובת גוי קדוש היושב בארץ הקודש ובהגשמת ענין דיציאת מצרים בימינו, יציאה וחירות מִמֵצָרים (צ' קמוצה) ולחצים מבית ומחוץ, ועד לחירות עולם לעם עולם, אשר לו ניתנה הארץ לנחלת עולם.

Shalom u'Vrachah! As the Festival of Matzos, the Season of Our Freedom, approaches—may it come upon us and all Israel for good and blessing—I hereby send my wishes to you and your household for a kosher and joyous Pesach, and for true freedom: freedom from all matters that cause confusion in body or soul. And from personal freedom to communal freedom—may you utilize your responsible position for the benefit of a holy nation dwelling in the Holy Land, and in fulfilling the concept of the Exodus from Egypt in our times: an exodus and freedom from constraints (with a komatz under the tzadi) and pressures both internal and external, until eternal freedom for an eternal people to whom the Land was given as an everlasting inheritance.
