ה' בידם יצליח להגדיל תורה ולהאדירה, הן בנוגע לעצמם והן בנוגע להפצת לימוד תורתנו הק' תורת חיים, הנגלה והפנימית, בכל מקום שיד כאו"א מהם מגעת.

תורה ויאדיר מבריח מן הקצה אל הקצה, למן לימוד תינוקות של בית רבן (ב"ב כ"א, סע"ב, על פי מש"כ ברמב"ם הלכות ת"ת, סוף פ"ב) ועד לאופן הכי נעלה (חולין סו, ב).
ובעמדנו לפני חג הפסח, זמן חירותינו, הבא עלינו ועל כל ישראל לטובה ולברכה, ברכתי שלוחה לכאו"א מהם לחג הפסח כשר ושמח, ולחירות אמיתית, חירות מכל ענינים המבלבלים לעבודת ה' בשמחה ובטוב לבב,
ולהמשיך מחירות ושמחה זו בכל ימות השנה.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
The avrechim students who participated in the farbrengen—vavac"h iy"a nu"n—engaged in tzt"z work, heavenly work—Haraha"ch Moha R Yaakov Moshe Leizerson may Hashem be upon them may they live—Shalom u'Vrachah!
I was pleased to receive a letter from them through Haraha"ch Harei M., who also conveyed to me orally about the farbrengen and the talk in words of Torah and fear of Heaven, etc.
May it be G‑d's will that the desire of Hashem in their hands be successful to increase Torah and glorify it—both regarding themselves and regarding spreading the study of our holy Torah, Toras Chayim (Torah of Life), both its revealed and inner dimensions, wherever any of them can reach.
The matter and manner of 'Yagdil Torah v'Yaadir' (to increase and glorify Torah) extends from one end to the other—from teaching even young children (see Bava Basra 21a, sec. 2; based on Mishneh Torah by Rambam, Laws of Talmud Torah, end ch. 2) up to the highest level (Chullin 66b).
As we stand before Pesach—the time of our freedom—which is coming upon us and all Israel for good and blessing, my blessing is sent to each one of them for a kosher and joyous Pesach, for true freedom—freedom from all matters that disturb serving Hashem with joy and gladness of heart—and to draw down this freedom and joy into all days of the year.
With blessing for good tidings.
Summary
The Rebbe encourages avrechim to spread both revealed and inner Torah everywhere possible, from teaching children to advanced study. He blesses them with a kosher, joyous Pesach and true spiritual freedom throughout the year.
