נעם לי לקבל מכתבן מיום י' חשון ע"ד הקבלת פנים לבנות תי' שחזרו מביקורן כאן, ובעיקר על דבר החלטותיהן הטובות.

מכ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, שכשיהודי מחליט בתוקף לעשות דבר טוב, נותנים לו כוחות מיוחדים מלמעלה להוציא ההחלטה לפועל, בודאי בנקל תוכלנה להוציא החלטותיהן לפועל, ובפרט שהן קשורות במוסדות כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר. ויהי רצון שמהן יראו וכן יעשו, וגם אצלן יהי' באופן דמוסיף והולך.
כיון שזכו ללמוד בסמינריון בית רבקה, שענינו השתלמות בשטח החינוך,

בזה העתק מכתב כללי שבודאי יענין אותן. ואף-על-פי שכתוב הוא לבעלי-בתים, אבל יש בו נקודה – החילוק שבין חינוך אצל היהודים לבין חינוך אצל עמים אחרים – שנוגע לכל אחד ואחת, ובפרט השייכים לחינוך.
בברכה שבצדק ובגאון ישאו שמן הניתן לכל אחת ואחת מבנות ישראל – בנות שרה רבקה רחל ולאה, ולהצלחה ולבשורות טובות בכל האמור.

הגרלה ביניהן לנסיעה לכאן ליו"ד שבט בתור באת-כח של כולן, בכלל נכון הדבר, אבל במה דברים אמורים שלא יפריע ללימודים ולבחינות וכולי. וכמובן אך ורק בהסכמת ההנהלה.

Students of grades 12-13-14 of the Beis Rivka Teachers' Seminary in Kfar Chabad — may Hashem be upon them, may they live! Blessings and peace!
I was pleased to receive your letter from the 10th of Cheshvan regarding the welcome reception for the girls who returned from their visit here, and especially about your good resolutions. Based on what we have heard many times from my father-in-law, the Rebbe, that when a Jew firmly decides to do something good, he is given special strength from Above to carry out his decision — surely you will easily be able to fulfill your resolutions, especially since they are connected with my father-in-law the Rebbe's institutions.
May it be G‑d's will that others will see and do likewise, and that among you as well there will be an increase and growth. Since you have merited to study at Beis Rivka Seminary, whose purpose is advancement in the field of education, I am enclosing here a copy of a general letter which will certainly interest you. And although it is written for laypeople, it contains a point — the difference between education among Jews and among other nations — which is relevant to everyone, especially those involved in education.
With blessings that in righteousness and pride you will bear the oil given to each and every daughter of Israel — daughters of Sarah, Rivka, Rachel, and Leah; and with success and good tidings in all mentioned above.
P.S. Regarding your conclusion about holding a raffle among yourselves for a trip here on Yud Shevat as a representative of you all: In general this is correct; however, this applies only if it does not interfere with studies or exams etc., and obviously only with the administration's approval.
