Regarding your question about where to continue your studies in the near future: among the options available to you, you should choose the institution where it will be possible to study our Torah of life to the greatest extent—that is, the maximum.
It is understood that if you can do so in a way that strengthens Torah study in your own country at this time, this takes precedence over other arrangements.
