Nevertheless, I am sending my response through you since I do not personally know the individual in question, and I rely on your understanding as to whether to give him the letter as it is or for you to write suggestions here regarding appropriate changes.

P.S. My letter from Motzaei Shabbat Kodesh Bo and the previous one from Tuesday of Kislev were surely received in their time. However, only now did I learn from another source... He repeated the maamar "Da Eichah" on his wedding day. It is surprising that they withheld the good—the notification—until now. May it be that he will be established in Da Eichah even now; most importantly—a firm commitment in his soul. Now I have received the aforementioned letter from Motzaei Shabbat Kodesh Bo—thank you.
