Shalom u'Vrachah! I hereby gratefully acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 9th of Shevat, in which you address the question of forming a united religious front. My perspective on the matter of a technical religious front remains as it has always been—and even more so now, if possible. Enclosed is a copy of a letter I wrote on this subject, which may clarify my position somewhat.
I would appreciate it if you would inform me about any developments in this area and in general.
On this occasion, I wish to express the great satisfaction your visit to Kfar Chabad brought me, as well as your participation in the laying of the cornerstone for the school there and your heartfelt words at that event. Especially since, as with all good things, there will surely be continued progress here as well—indeed, an increase and elevation—as our Sages say: "Ma'alin baKodesh" (we ascend in matters of holiness).
