והרי אחינו בני ישראל ידועים בנאמנותם למסורת אבותיהם מכמה דורות.
בברכת כתיבה וחתימה טובה לשנה טובה ומתוקה בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד.
בטח קבלו אישור מהמזכירות מקבלת ספר השנה שלהם (1965-1967), וכן הספרים שנשלחו להם מכאן על פי הוראתי.

As we approach the new year that is coming upon us and all Israel for good and blessing, I hereby express my blessing to all the members and residents, they and their households, for a good and blessed year—a year of uplifting the honor of Torah, a Torah of life—guidance in life, and fulfillment of mitzvos—about which it is said "v'chai bahem" (and you shall live by them), in daily life.
Indeed, our brothers among the Jewish people are known for their faithfulness to their ancestral tradition over many generations.
With blessings for being inscribed and sealed for a good and sweet year both materially and spiritually together.
Certainly you have received confirmation from the secretariat regarding receipt of your annual book (1965-1967), as well as the books that were sent to you from here according to my instruction.
