I acknowledge receipt of your letter in which you write about your brother. Since, according to your letter, there is no prospect of obtaining the necessary documents for him from your country, I had no choice but to write to Harav G... Harash Ch... HaKohen Gutnik as you concluded in your letter, and surely he has spoken with his brother Harash B... about this matter.
On this occasion, I feel obliged to express my thanks to you for your participation in the inauguration of the Beis Lubavitch in London, in addition to your ongoing assistance to them over time. Surely it is fitting according to the motto of "Ma'alin BaKodesh" (one ascends in holiness)—that you will continue even more so in this manner (Sanhedrin 21a) in the coming days, and my thanks are given here in advance, aside from the main point that the reward of a mitzvah is the mitzvah itself.
