בכבוד ובברכה - שע"פ סיום מס' שבת - יתעסקו מתוך (שבת) מנוחה ומתוך הרחבה וגדלות (כהנהגת בי ריש גלותא) במצות ובהכנות להן, כדי לטהר אשה - זו כנסת ישראל - לבעלה - זה הקב"ה ע"י שיהיו כל עשיותיהם במדידה דמצוה (בעניני מצוה) ואפילו בהתעסקותם בעלמא - יעשו מזה דיני תורה (שבעל פה) וכביאור חז"ל (בתושבע"פ) בהנהגת בכל דרכיך דעהו, ובברכת כוח"ט.

Your pan has been received. As we approach the new year that is coming upon us and all Israel for good and blessing, I hereby express my blessing to you and all that is yours: may you be inscribed and sealed for a good and sweet year both materially and spiritually.
With honor and blessing — as is fitting according to the conclusion of Maseches Shabbos — may you be involved with (Shabbos) tranquility and with expansiveness and greatness (as was the conduct of Bei Reish Galusa) in mitzvos and their preparations, in order to purify the woman — this is Knesses Yisrael — for her husband — this is the Holy One Blessed Be He — by ensuring that all your actions are measured by mitzvah standards (in matters of mitzvah), and even your worldly involvements should be made into Torah laws (of the Oral Torah), as explained by our Sages (in Torah Sheba'al Peh), following the guidance of "Bechol Derachecha Da'eihu" (In all your ways know Him), with a blessing for being inscribed and sealed for good. As our Sages explain: Berachos 63a.
