Here is copied the text of the telegram that our honored Rebbe shlita graciously sent in connection with the laying of the cornerstone for the second wing:
"May the beginning of the second wing in the second month be successful in both aspects—in revealed Torah and inner Torah—as explained by Admor HaZaken in his maamar* on Bamidbar (the second). With honor and blessing to all participants shlita, Menachem Schneersohn."
Surely the telegram was received in its time, and certainly you will inform me, with necessary details, about what transpired.
