מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבם מיום החמישי, בבשורה הטובה אשר מתקרב זמן גמר הבנין של מקוה טהרה אשר בשכונתם הט'.
ויהי רצון אשר יוגמר הבנין בפועל ממש, ומתוך הרחבה, מתאים לדרישת הדבר,
ותתרבה הטהרה בישראל, ובמדתו של הקב"ה שהיא מדה כנגד מדה אלא שכמה פעמים ככה, יביא זה להיעוד, וזרקתי עליכם מים טהורים, וביחד עם היעוד שבכתוב שם, ולקחתי אתכם מן הגוים וגו' והבאתי אתכם אל אדמתכם, בגאולה האמיתית והשלימה,
אשר ענינה גם כן רחובות דוקא, וכמובא הרמז בזה ברמב"ן בפרשת יום זה, יום השלישי פרשת תולדות.
ונפלא הרמז בבעל הטורים על הכתוב רחובות ופרינו בארץ, עיי"ש.

I acknowledge receipt of your letter from Thursday, with the good news that the time is approaching for the completion of the construction of the mikveh taharah in your neighborhood.
May it be G‑d's will that the building be completed in actual deed, and with abundance, fitting for what is required. May purity increase among Israel; and since G‑d's measure is measure for measure but many times over, this will bring about the promise: "VeZarakti Aleichem Mayim Tehorim" ("And I will sprinkle pure water upon you"), together with what is written there: "VeLakachti Etchem Min HaGoyim... VeHeveti Etchem El Admatchem" ("And I will take you from among the nations... and bring you to your land")—in the true and complete redemption, whose essence is also specifically expansion. As hinted by Ramban in his commentary on the verse "This day, the third day, Parshat Toldot." The hint in Baal HaTurim on the verse "Rechovot U'Farinu BaAretz" ("We will be fruitful in the land") is also wondrous—see there.
