Shalom u'Vrachah!

I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter from Motzaei Shabbos Kodesh 21 Sivan.

As we stand at Rosh Chodesh Tammuz—the month of redemption, the redemption of my revered father-in-law the Rebbe, leader of Israel—and as it is said: "After the head itself goes." May it be G‑d's will that leadership as a head should be present for each and every one in their personal matters and in communal matters where they need to act—both together.

The actions of each individual in all matters for which the Baal HaGeulah (the one redeemed) devoted his soul and joy (may it be upon us), and which he commanded his students—those who walk in his ways—and in general to all who are connected to him among all Israel—should be as they ought to be and with alacrity (from one's own side) and with speed (from the help above) to fulfill the inner goal of all these actions: "Anan poalei d'yemama anan" (We are workers of daylight)—to make light—to illuminate until the light is drawn down below so that it becomes "Nir'eh or" (the light is seen).
