נעם לי לקרות במכתבו מהשתתפותו בעניני חב"ד, ובודאי לא יסתפק בהשתתפות שלו, כי אם יזכה בזה גם את ידידיו ומכריו בכל מקום שידו מגעת, והרי הובטחנו דברים היוצאים מן הלב נכנסים אל הלב ופועלים פעולתם.
בעת רצון יזכירוהו וכל שכותב אודותם, על הציון הק' של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע מתאים לתוכן כתבו. ויהי רצון שיבשר טוב מכאו"א מהם.
והרי הימים ימי סגולה, חירות אמיתי בכל הפרטים.

In response to your letter from the 11th of Nisan. Thank you for your birthday wishes for the 11th of Nisan. As I have already stated: whoever blesses will be blessed, as it is written: 'Va'avarecha Mevarechecha' (I will bless those who bless you), and the blessing from the Holy One is always in great abundance beyond measure.
I was pleased to read in your letter about your participation in Chabad matters, and surely you will not be satisfied with just your own involvement but will also merit to involve your friends and acquaintances wherever your influence reaches. We have been assured that words coming from the heart enter the heart and accomplish their effect.
At an auspicious time, you and all those you write about will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal (may his merit protect us), in accordance with what you wrote. May it be G‑d's will that you receive good news from each one of them.
These days are auspicious times—true freedom in every detail. The merit of your actions as mentioned above, and the elevated deeds of your sons in spreading Judaism and its matters, will stand for each one of them for whatever is needed.

Summary
