לאחרי הפסק הכי ארוך נתקבל מכתבו מכ"ז אדר שני עם המצורף בו, אשר כבקשת כת"ר נענה מבלי לחכות על התור, וליתר שאת מוסג"פ העתקת המענה, באם דרוש הנ"ל לעדוד ולביאור נוסף, ואל בינת כת"ר אשען.
ויהי רצון אשר קישור המכתבים מכאן ולהבא יהי' אך ורק בענינים של טוב הנראה והנגלה ובטוב האמיתי כביאור חז"ל, טוב לשמים טוב לבריות וטוב העושה פירות.
והרי זכה כת"ר והצליחתו השגחה העליונה להשפיע בחוגים רחבים במחנו הט' וע"פ השמועה גם במרחבי אה"ק ת"ו,
וע"פ הודעת חז"ל איתתא בהדי שותא פילכא, מובן שאזכיר גם הצלחת כת"ר בהפצת המעינות, זכרון שמטרתו גם תביעה על אי הניצול ככל האפשרי כשרונותיו בהפצת המעינות, והרי הכרח השעה היא וחובת גברא וכו' וכו' אשר לדכוותי' בודאי האריכות בזה אך למותר, אף שבהשוות לחשיבות ולגודל ערך הענין, הרי כמה שלא יכתבו בזה, אינו מספיק.
והתקוה שיבשרני טוב בסיום מכתבי נוסף על בשו"ט בהתחלתו ויראה פרי טוב בעבודתו להפיץ תורת החסידות באופן דמוסיף והולך מוסיף ואור ועד לחירות האמיתי חירות מיצה"ר כאשר קאתי מלכא משיחא על ידי הפצת המעינות.

After the longest pause, your letter from the 27th of Adar Sheini was received with its enclosure. As you requested, I am responding without waiting for your turn, and for added emphasis I am enclosing a copy of the response in case further encouragement or explanation is needed. I rely on your understanding.
May it be G‑d's will that from now on our correspondence will be only about matters of visible and revealed good and true good as explained by our Sages: good to Heaven, good to people, and good that produces fruit.
You have merited and been granted success by Divine Providence to influence broad circles in our camp, and according to reports also in the expanses of Eretz HaKodesh. As our Sages say: "A woman is a partner in speech," it is understood that I will also mention your success in spreading the wellsprings—a reminder which also serves as a demand not to neglect your talents in this area as much as possible. This is an urgent necessity and a personal obligation, etc., etc., which for you certainly needs no elaboration—though compared to the importance and greatness of this matter, no amount written would suffice.
I hope you will share good news at the end of your next letter as you did at its beginning, and that you will see good fruits in your work spreading Chassidus in an ever-increasing manner—more light until true freedom: freedom from the evil inclination when King Moshiach comes through spreading the wellsprings.
