The question is understood regarding what you wrote that some say there is a difference between a name added later and a birth name. See Shulchan Aruch Even HaEzer section 129:18, where on the contrary, the changed name is considered primary. In general, a person is the authority in matters of naming both for Yitzchak Yehudah Gottlieb and for himself.
