In response to your notification that a daughter was born to you—mazal tov.
Regarding naming a daughter: our custom is to do so at the earliest possible Torah reading. For a woman (immediately upon her birth) it is considered as if she is circumcised. What is written in Sefer Taamei HaMinhagim (see p. 397) about a rumor to wait five days—we are not responsible for rumors, etc.
