כמובן מצער עיכוב הענינים בנוגע כפר השני, ואף שתקותי חזקה שכ' עושה בלאו הכי כל התלוי בו לזירוז הענין והגשמתו באופן הכי רחב ומתאים, אתאפק לא אוכל מלנצל גם הזדמנות זו לעורר ולבקש ולכפול ולבקש עוד הפעם ועוד הפעם.

Surely my previous letters have been received as well as the personal regards I especially requested from the honored guests from Eretz HaKodesh who visited here in the seventh month to deliver to you.
Enclosed is a note that was submitted here to Dr. Schwartz regarding Chabad matters in Eretz HaKodesh which requires no further explanation.
In continuation of our conversation about the question of the Chief Rabbinate during his visit here, I am attaching a copy of my letter to Rabbi Nisan Telushkin.
Of course it is distressing that there are delays concerning the second village, and even though I am confident that you are already doing everything possible to expedite and realize this matter in the broadest and most fitting way, I cannot restrain myself from taking this opportunity as well to urge and request—and to repeat and request again and again.
