... לכתבו שישתדל ככל האפשרי שלא יצטרך להשאר בהקעמפ, לא כזה משמע מהוראות רבותינו נשיאינו אפילו באם לא היו צריכים להשתדלות בזה, והרי פשוט שאם ניתן לאיש הישראלי הזכות דחינוך על טהרת הקדש ב... הרי זה מצוה דהוה זהיר בה טפי, ומי יאמר עוד להשתדל בזה שלא להשתתף?! ואפילו את"ל שימצא מסייע ועוסק, נוסף - בערך שנה העברה - הרי העבודה גדולה ומתרחבת וקשה לשער מראש עד כמה יתרגל ויסתגל איש חדש בזה עכ"פ חדש בתפקידו שיוטל עליו, ואין כדאי כלל להכנס בספק בענין שאינו אלא פעם אחת בשנה, ותוצאותיו יש להן השפעה במשך כל השנה וק"ל.

And it is obvious that if a Jewish person is given the privilege of education on the purity of holiness in... this is a mitzvah in which one should be especially careful, and who can say otherwise—to try not to participate?! And even if you would say that an assistant or worker will be found, additionally—compared to last year—the work is greater and expanding, and it is hard to estimate in advance how much a new person will adapt and become accustomed to this, at least someone new in his role that will be assigned to him. It is not worthwhile at all to enter into doubt regarding something that happens only once a year, whose results have an effect throughout the entire year—and this is clear.
He has surely already received a response to his previous letter.
