בעמדנו בסמיכות לימי י"ב וי"ג תמוז חג הגאולה של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר נשיא דורנו, שמסר נפשו על הפצת התורה בכלל והפצת המעינות ביחוד, לא אמנע מכתיבת שורותי הבאות להלן, והן:
אמור אמרתי, אשר לאחרי שהיו הם כאן משך זמן, והרי אי אפשר שלא יהי' איזה רושם מזה, להתאים לרצון רבותינו ותקותם, הנה בחזרתם ועלייתם לאה"ק ת"ו בכלל ובפרט לכפר חב"ד מיסודו ובהנהלתו של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, הנה תיכף יכנסו ובאופן דקפיצה והשקעה (אריינשפרינגען און אריינטאן זיך) בביסוס והרחבת והעמקת עניני כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר אשר בכפר חב"ד וסביבו מתוך התלהבות וחיות אמיתיים ובפרט שרובא דרובא הענינים אשר שם, גם בעיני בשר רואים שיש להרחיבם כהנה וכהנה, והחסרון רק כח אדם.
ולצערי עד עתה לא קבלתי כל ידיעות, לא רק מהתלהבות האמורה אלא גם פעולות ברוח האמור, אף שאין לך יום שלא מתקבלים מכתבים ע"ד חסרון בפעולות במסגרת כפר חב"ד בכלל במסגרת צעירי אגו"ח אשר שם בפרט הן על אתר והן מנסיעות וביקורים וכו' וכו', ולא עוד אלא שבאיזה מסגרות האמורות דברו ע"ד השתתפותם בהאמור ולעולם לא בא לפועל, ונוסף על האמור בהביא בחשבון, אשר בשעה טובה ומוצלחת מתקרב זמן חתונתו של כ"א מהם, הרי עתה היא העת לנצל כל האפשריות בהנ"ל, והרי זה גם משמש ליסוד לבנות בית בישראל בית חסידותי, ואין להאריך בדבר הפשוט.
ויהי רצון שעכ"פ תיכף לקבלת מכתבי זה יתוקן האמור, וכהוראת רבנו הזקן באגרת התשובה סוף פרק ט' הי' רגיל לקרות דף אחד יקרא ב' דפים כו', וגם על אחרים שבמחיצתם וסביבתם להביאם לפעולות חיוניות האמורות פעולות של בנין דוקא, ואצפה לבשו"ט.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
As we stand close to the days of Yud-Beis and Yud-Gimmel Tammuz, the Festival of Redemption of our revered teacher my father-in-law, the Rebbe, leader of our generation—who gave his life for spreading Torah in general and especially for spreading the wellsprings—I will not refrain from writing these following lines:
I have often said that after being here for some time—and it is impossible that this did not leave some impression—to align with the wishes and hopes of our Rebbeim, upon your return and ascent to Eretz HaKodesh in general and specifically to Kfar Chabad, which was founded and is directed by our revered teacher my father-in-law, the Rebbe—you should immediately enter with a leap and full investment (arainshpringen un araintun zich) into strengthening, expanding, and deepening the matters of our revered teacher my father-in-law, the Rebbe, in Kfar Chabad and its surroundings with true enthusiasm and vitality. Especially since most matters there—even with physical eyes one can see—they need to be expanded further and further; what is lacking is only manpower.
To my regret until now I have not received any reports—not only about such enthusiasm but even about actions in this spirit—even though not a day passes without letters being received about a lack of activity within Kfar Chabad generally or within Tzeirei Agudas Chabad there specifically—both on site and from travels or visits etc., etc. Moreover, in some of these frameworks there was talk about their participation as mentioned above but it never materialized.
Additionally, considering that at an auspicious time each one’s wedding is approaching—it is now time to utilize every possible opportunity as mentioned above. This also serves as a foundation for building a Jewish home—a chassidic home—and there is no need to elaborate on such an obvious matter.
May it be G‑d’s will that at least immediately upon receiving this letter what was mentioned will be corrected—as per the instruction of Rabbeinu HaZaken in Igeres HaTeshuvah at the end of chapter 9: if he was accustomed to read one page he should read two pages etc.—and also bring others in their proximity and surroundings to vital constructive activities. I look forward to good news.
