ואולי יש מקום לערוך ההתועדות אור לי"ב תמוז.

Since this year marks a milestone of strength from the birth of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe— it is fitting that there should be a farbrengen connected to his birthday and his redemption, our redemption, in his community and wherever his influence reaches, in a special manner, etc. Perhaps there is room to hold the farbrengen on the eve of 12 Tammuz.
