... כיון שהכל בהשגחה פרטית וכדברי כ"ק מורנו הבעש"ט ששמענו כ"פ מכ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, שכל ענין אשר איש הישראלי רואה או שומע, הרי זה הוראה בעבודת השי"ת, מפרש הנני הכתיבה אלי, למען הזכירני על חובתי [נשען על מרז"ל אין מזרזין אלא למזורזין], להדגיש את תורת הבעש"ט הדרכותי' ומנהגי', ואשר השנה היא שנת סגולה, שנת המאתים להסתלקות הילולא של הבעש"ט וחל באותו היום דהקביעות דשנה זו ביום הרביעי, בחג השבועות, שכדברי רבנו הזקן בעל התניא (פוסק בנסתר דתורה) והשו"ע (פוסק בנגלה דתורה) בו נטלו - ונתלו המאורות, שבודאי זמן מוכשר הוא לעורר את כאו"א מבנ"י ביום ההילולא ובימים שלפני זה ושלאחריו לתורת בעל ההילולא אשר מסר נפשו על הפצת תורה זו ואשר כמאמרז"ל באופן תלמוד המביא לידי מעשה בהדרכותי' והנהגותי' ועד לחיים חסידותיים בחיי היום יומים, ובודאי לדכוותי' אין כל צורך באריכות בזה, וגם כללות הכתיבה ה"ז כמאמר חז"ל הנ"ל זריזות למזורזין.
ובידעי השפעתו בקהלתו הט' וכמה מקומות באה"ק ת"ו הרי תקותי חזקה שינצל אותה ככל האפשרי ועוד יותר (שהרי תורה שולטת ומשנה המציאות ועד שהארון פועל במקומו אשר אינו מן המדה שלמרות שמדת עצמו אמתים וחצי ארכו וגו'), וחזקה לתעמולה שאינה חוזרת ריקם, ובפרט כשהם דברים היוצאין מן הלב.
בכבוד ובברכה לבשו"ט בכל האמור, וחייב אדם לומר בלשון רבו (הוא כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר) לקבלת התורה בשמחה ובפנימיות.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
Since everything is by Divine Providence, as the words of our master the Baal Shem Tov—heard many times from my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe—that every matter a Jew sees or hears is a lesson in serving Hashem, I am writing to remind myself of my obligation [based on our sages: "They only urge those who are already diligent"], to emphasize the Baal Shem Tov's teachings, guidance, and customs. This year is a special year—the two-hundredth anniversary of the Baal Shem Tov's passing—which falls this year on Wednesday, Shavuos. As our master the Alter Rebbe, author of Tanya (the authority in the hidden Torah), and Shulchan Aruch (the authority in revealed Torah), writes: on this day 'the luminaries were taken and suspended,' so it is certainly an auspicious time to inspire every Jew on the yahrzeit and in the days before and after it regarding the teachings of the one whose yahrzeit it is—who gave his life to spread this Torah. As our sages say: study that leads to action—in his guidance and customs—until living a chassidic life in daily practice. Surely for someone like you there is no need to elaborate further; even this letter as above is just diligence for those already diligent.
Knowing your influence in your community and several places in Eretz HaKodesh, my strong hope is that you will utilize this opportunity as much as possible—and even more (for Torah rules over reality and changes it; just as the Ark affected its place beyond its own measure—even though its own measure was two-and-a-half cubits etc.). There is confidence that such efforts do not return empty-handed—especially when they come from the heart.
With honor and blessing for good news in all mentioned above. And one must say in their teacher's language (that is, my revered father-in-law) "to receive the Torah with joy and inwardness."
